Delaware dredging fight moves to federal court, N.J. pharmacies prepare to sell syringes

Now that New Jersey has legalized non-prescription syringes, how will pharmacies implement the practice? Maiken Scott will look at the steps needed to implement the law.

Tom MacDonald will be in Voorhees at 3 p.m. for N.J. Gov. Chris Christie’s first town hall of the new year. But before that, he’ll be in federal court to hear the latest on the Delaware River dredging fight.

Lizz Fiedler is going to Fishtown. She’ll be there to talk with students and parents of parochial school slated to close, and will have the latest numbers on appeals to the Blue Ribbon Commission.

Peter Crimmins is at the National Constitution Center. He’ll be there at Del. Gov. Jack Markell signs a commemorative 225th anniversary Constitution and the NCC reveals its 2012 plans.
