    Friday, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia agreed to expedite their appeal of a Delaware District Court judge’s decision to deny a preliminary injunction that would halt the start of single game betting in the First State September 1st.

    Oral arguments will be heard Monday, August 24th in Philadelphia starting at 10:30am.
