Danger zone

At the zoning code reform progresses, residents across the city are excited about what the changes can bring to their neighborhoods. Most, including those in the Northwest, are hopeful the changes will make zoning regulations clearer and processes more efficient.

But as in all cases, with change comes worry.

As PlanPhilly reports for NewsWorks, residents in Roxborough, Manayunk and East Falls are concerned the new code could open the Northwest up to development and change some of the overlays that have worked for the region for so long.
