Court supervision for Mastery students guilty of flashmob attack

Three juveniles pleaded guilty yesterday to the JUily 29 attack that left a man with a fractured jaw.

The Mastery Charter School students will be under court supervision for the next four years or until they’re 21, as the Inquirer reports. Surveillance footage captured the three teens assaulting a man on Fourth Street earlier this summer, and Mastery helped identify them.

Family Court Judge Kevin Dougherty will decide later this month whether the students will be placed in residential schools, treatment facilities or secure juvenile detention centers.
