Cops: Man held in arson that killed brother who set fire in Pa.

Police have arrested a man on charges that he had his brother set fire to a northeastern Pennsylvania home in an insurance scam, only to have the brother suffer fatal burns.

Court papers show Diomedes Ceballos, of Scranton, is facing arson and other charges in the Saturday fire that destroyed his home, for which he filed an insurance claim of nearly $500,000.

Police wanted to interview his brother, 57-year-old Aurelio Ceballos DeLeon, but he was found dead of serious burns in an apartment complex on Sunday.

Police say DeLeon poured gasoline in the house, and was burned when he set the fire and got some of the fuel on his clothes.
