When it comes to Philly, apparently our hearts — and wallets — are in the right place. As reported by uwishunu, Philly was named the fourth most romantic city in the U.S. by CNN Money. The criteria? How much $$$$ was spent per transaction on Valentine’s Day. Philly beat out the big spenders in the Big Apple by almost $5 per transaction.
