City Hall scaffolding finally comes down

What’s that thing looming over Dilworth Plaza?

It’s sort of white and has a statue of a guy on top of it.

Oh right, it’s City Hall. You probably didn’t recognize it without all the scaffolding around it.

But yes, it’s true. The decades-long $83 million project to spiff and shine the building is just about complete. Which means we should be just about ready to start again. Enjoy the work-free zone before it’s time for more restoration.
