City Council sets date for DROP hearing

As was suspected all along, Philadelphia City Council won’t begin DROP hearings until after the May 17 primary. That sound you hear is a sigh of relief from elected officials enrolled in DROP.
The legislation will be introduced May 26, more than a week after the primary election. A public hearing is set for the week of June 6.
