Well look no further. Council members welcomed to the chamber today Sun Ping, a performer in the Peking Opera Theater of China.
Council passed a resoultion to celebrate Ping for her work with the opera company and dedication to sharing the culture around the world, including at speaking engagements at Penn.
And then Sun Ping performed for everyone.
