Chester County magician makes ‘America’s Got Talent’ appearance

Scott Alexander has performed for the cameras, but the magician has even bigger aspirations. A contestant on America’s Got Talent, the Parkesburg, Chester County, resident, says he hopes to one day have a show in Vegas.

The husband and father talked to the Kennett Paper about how he became a magician, and the road that led him to his TV appearance. He’ll be featured in the upcoming episode of the quarter finals of the NBC summer series. The season’s winner gets $1 million.

He’s working on dressing up the tricks he wouldn’t normally have time to do.
