Cheltenham Avenue ShopRite searching for customer’s missing ring
Employees at the Cheltenham Avenue ShopRite have a different mission that usual today: Find Birdie Dash’s ring.
The 97-year-old thinks she lost it in the store’s produce department Monday when she took off her glove in the produce department. Problem is, the store held a ribbon-cutting for its renovations that day, so everything was swept up after the event.
Dash described her ring to Fox29 with a drawing. It’s a gold ring that belong to her father, who died 55 years ago. Dash’s family is offering $1,000 for the ring’s return.
