Cement barrier falls on NJ Turnpike, kills worker

    A construction worker has died after investigators say a cement barrier fell off a truck and trapped the worker on the New Jersey Turnpike Monday morning.

    WCAU-TV in Philadelphia reports the concrete barrier fell as it was being unloaded on the Turnpike at exit 7 around 8 a.m. in Bordentown, New Jersey.

    New Jersey State Police say the barrier fell on the worker, killing him.

    The name of the construction worker has not been released.
