Celebrations abound for Ben Franklin’s birthday, Pennsylvania’s unemployed face new guidelines

    Good morning, Feeders! Not only is it Friday, but it’s Ben Franklin’s birthday. Emma Jacobs and Carolyn Beeler with two different stories for us today tied to the innovator’s birthday.

    Peter Crimmins will have a story for us Monday about local students getting into music, but today he’ll tell the story of a New Jersey cartoonist nominated to the state’s hall of fame.
