Camden Riversharks to hold open tryouts this weekend

Baseball players 18 and older with equipment and a dream are invited to Campbell’s Field Saturday for open tryouts with the Camden Riversharks.

The Gloucester County Times reports scouts from the Riversharks and Atlantic League will be there to check out the talent.

But this tryout is not for the undetermined. It’ll cost players $50 to register, and they have to bring their own wooden bats, gloves, footwear and catching gear. College athletes are prohibited from participating.
