Building collapses in North Philadlephia, everyone accounted for

    NBC 10 reports a building that housed a restaurant on the first floor and apartments overhead collapsed early Sunday morning.

    According to the report, emergency responders searched for victims of the building on the 2600 block of North 11h Street in North Philadelphia.

    NBC 10 says everyone was accounted for.
