Brick Police: 2k in electronic fitness bracelets stolen from Verizon store

    The Brick Township Police Department requests the public’s help in identifying a theft suspect.  

    A woman is believed to have stolen 24 “Jawbone UP24” electronic bracelets from the Verizon store at 481 Route 70 in Brick on March 1, said Sgt. Henry J. Drew, the department’s Public Information Officer, in a release.

    The stolen bracelets are valued at approximately $2,000, Drew said.

    The suspect, believed to be a white woman in her twenties, is described as approximately 5-feet, 2-inches to 5-feet, 4-inches tall and 120 pounds, with brown hair and dark eyes, according to the release.
