Brady to face congressional challenge from judge he backed

    Jimmie Moore, whom Rep. Bob Brady backed for his 1999 judicial campaign, has decided to run against Brady in next April’s primary for the First Congression District. The paperwork has been filed and Moore has launched a website.

    Moore, a municipal court judge, left the bench June 3 and is gearing up for the April 24 primary, Heard in the Hall reports, but his official announcement won’t come until July.
