Blackwell steps down from Philadelphia Housing Authority board
Councilwoman Jannie Blackwell has stepped down from the Philadelphia Housing Authority board, WHYY’s Tom MacDonald reports.
This news contradicts earlier reports from PHA board chairman John Street, who said all five board members wanted to retain their positions.
