Big box retailers on the return in NJ
Retailers in some parts of New Jersey appear to be on the comeback, including big box retailers, which appear to be taking advantage of low rent and increased inventory.
NJ.com reports a new Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft store has opened on Route 17 in Paramus, filling the space once occupied by a CompUSA.
In May, a discount fashion retailer opened up shop in a location once occupied Linens ‘n Things in Totowa.
The report sites lower rents and soaring inventory as possible incentives for the new big box retailers.
