    A new Pennsylvania law that prevents certain expressions of condolences or sympathies by doctors from being used in lawsuits has been in place in other states for years.  NewsWorks Tonight Host Dave Heller spoke with Drexel Law Professor Barry Furrow about the politics behind the law, and its implications.
