Bar that served MTV star’s final drinks won’t be charged

West Chester’s Barnaby’s of America won’t be charged for serving MTV start Ryan Dunn the night he and his passenger died in a one-car crash.

An investigation by the Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Liquor Enforcement told the Associated Press Dunn and his friends did not appear intoxicated while at the bar. Nor did they when they were seen leaving on surveillance footage.

No abusive drugs were found in the Toxicology report. It’s not clear yet if Dunn had prescription drugs in his system.

Dunn’s blood alcohol content was more than twice the legal limit when he crashed his speeding Porsche Monday. The Pottstown Mercury has video footage from outside yesterday’s service.
