Attorneys file appeal for Del. pediatrician’s child molestation convictions

Attorneys for former Delaware pediatrician Earl Bradley have filed an appeal on Bradley’s child molestation convictions.

Bradley was convicted last year of rape, assault and sexual exploitation of dozens of his young patients, and was sentenced to multiple life terms in prison.
The News Journal reports Bradley’s attorneys want the convictions overturned for what they say was an invalid police search that turned up video evidence of Bradley’s assaults.

Prosecutors have three weeks to file a response.
