Attorney in Lower Merion webcam suit asks to to be removed from case

Citing irreconcilable conflicts, the attorney for Paige Robbins in the latest Lower Merion School District webcam suit has asked to be removed from the case.

The Main Line Times reports Mary Elizabeth Bogan wants to leave the case, which involves a suit recently filed by Robbins against the district.
Robbins is the sister of Blake Robbins, who was awarded a portion of the $610,000 settlement the district paid out to students who had photos taken of them in their homes by district-issued laptops. The photo feature was meant to be a security function for the district to keep tabs on the devices they gave to students.

Paige Robbins’ motives for the suit have been questioned.
