At-larger candidate switches to minority Independent party

At-large City Council candidate Bernard Scally will run as an Independent. The Scally left his position at the Roxborough Review last month to pursue a campaign as a Republican, but has since switched parties.

NewsWorks’ Aaron Moselle talked to Scally about the reasons behind the switch and what he thinks his odds are of making onto the general election ballot.
