Another Kelly Drive detour this weekend
More than 6,000 athletes will converge along Kelly Drive this Saturday and Sunday for the Thomas Eakins Head of the Schuylkill Regatta.
As a result, Kelly Drive will be closed from the Strawberry Mansion Bridge to Fountain Green Drive on Saturday, Oct. 27, from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday, Oct. 28, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Southbound drivers will be detoured through the Strawberry Mansion Drive ramp to Fountain Green Drive by way of Reservoir Drive. Northbound Kelly Drive traffic will be detoured along Fountain Green Drive along the same route.
