    Peace Advocacy Network activists will gather in Old City Philadelphia Sunday to protest horse-led carriages. The group takes issues with the toll city life can take on horses.

    Citing hard, uneven streets, noxious vehicle emissions and lack of socialization as detrimental to the horses’ health, PAN will gather at noon on 6th Street between Market and Chestnut streets to promote this cause as part of a nationwide weekend event.
