Amber Alert Cancelled: 5 year old girl found

Update: Nailla was found jsut before 5am this morning, dressed only in a tshirt, hiding under playground equipment.  She is being checked at Children’s Hospital.  

 

A woman walked in to a kindergarten classroom in the Bryant Elementary School at just before 9am this morning and told the subsitute teacher she was Nailla Robinson’s mother.  She then reported that she had “signed the child out” in the office and was taking her out to breakfast.  The woman then walked out of the school with the young girl.  

 

It wasn’t until the Nailla was due to be picked up from school that school officials realized that she’d been abducted.  As of 10pm tonight, she is still missing.  There is an active Amber Alert for Nailla, “3 feet 4 inches, black curly hair and medium skin tone.”  According to video footage, the woman who abducted her was wearing traditional Muslim women’s attire.
