    Phillie ace Roy Halladay won the National League Cy Young award on Tuesday, grabbing all 32 first-place votes, becoming the seventh Phillies pitcher to grab the honor, the 13th pitcher to win unanimously in the NL, and just the fifth pitcher to win the award in both leagues. The right-hander far outpaced runners-up Adam Wainwright of St. Louis and Ubaldo Jimenez of Colorado. Tim Lincecum, ace of the world champion San Francisco Giants, finished 11th.
