After days of dreary weather, weather conditions will gradually improve today, becoming sunny and mild for the last weekend of October.

Noticeably warmer today, temperatures will top out in the lower to middle 60s at the Jersey Shore, according to NOAA. But a northwest wind, gusty at times, will make it feel a bit cooler. Clouds will gradually diminish throughout the daylight hours, teeing up a nearly perfect fall weekend.

Abundant sunshine will grace beaches, hayrides, and pumpkin patches this weekend.

Temperatures both days will reach the middle 60s, although it will feel a bit cooler on Sunday with a west wind gusting to around 20 miles per hour, according to NOAA.

At the Jersey Shore, overnight low temperatures Friday through Sunday will range from the lower to middle 40s inland to around 50 near the coast.

Mild air then lasts through at least early next week, with temperatures reaching around 70 degrees on Tuesday and Wednesday.
