9/11 in the words of 95 first responders

A Tenafly, New Jersey resident is remembering 9/11 with a new book that documents the experiences of dozens firefighters who responded to Ground Zero when the World Trade Center towers fell.

According to NorthJersey.com, former Tenafly Fire Department Chief and current resident Harvey Eisner documents the stories of 95 firefighters.

According to the report, the former fire chief interviewed firefighters over the last 10 years about their experiences, which include many untold stories about the events throughout that day.

Eisner served as a firefighter for 35 years, including 12 years as the Tenafly chief until he retired last year.
