The public is invited to join Mayor Michael A. Nutter, Councilman Frank DiCicco and the new Board of Directors of the Delaware River Waterfront Corporation at a press conference to kick-off early action plans that enhance public access to the river. The event will be held on Sunday, March 1 from 11:00-12:00 at Pier 11, just north of the offices of the new Delaware River Waterfront Corporation, 121 N. Columbus Blvd. (at Race Street).
