Authorities have offered a reward for information into the whereabouts of a missing 19-year-old Jersey Shore woman.

Monmouth County Crime Stoppers is offering up to $5,000 for information that leads to the identification, arrest, and prosecution of any suspect(s) in the disappearance of Neptune City’s Sarah Stern.

Stern’s car was found parked on the Route 35 bridge connecting Neptune and Belmar at 2:45 a.m. Saturday. That sparked a search of the Shark River by the US Coast Guard, New Jersey State Police, and local and county units at daybreak.

The search spanned hours on Saturday before being suspended during the afternoon.
