5k race participants remember TWA Flight 800 victims

    Fifteen years ago today, TWA Flight 800 crashed near Long Island, N.Y., killing all 230 people on board.Among them were 16 Pennsylvania high school students and their chaperones who were on their way to Paris.

    West Chester Daily Local writer Jennifer Carboni remembered them Friday in an article dedicated to the friends and classmates she and her siblings lost July 17, 1996.Saturday, locals around the Montoursville Area School District held a 5k race in honor of the victims.
