9 a.m. Auto theft: 1500 block of W. Allegheny Ave. Taken was a 2004 Nissan Altima.

5:10 p.m. Robbery: 2100 block of N. Broad St. Complainant punched; $200 cash, cell phone and passport taken.

5:30 p.m. Theft: 3300 block of W. Queen Ln. Attempted entry to vehicle; nothing taken.

6:30 p.m. Auto Theft: 2900 block of W. School House Ln. Taken was a 2008 Mercedes E 350.

Dec. 15

12:36 a.m. Residential burglary and aggravated assault: 3000 block of N. 24th St. Suspect observed by complainant in residence. Suspect also pointed gun at second complainant. Suspect arrested.

3:30 a.m. Theft: 1700 block of Dounton St. Flat-screen television taken from residence.

12:46 p.m. Theft: 3200 block of N. Broad St. Toothpaste taken from drug store. Suspect arrested.

4:46 p.m. Theft: 3200 block of N. Broad St. Baby formula taken from grocer. Suspect arrested.

5 p.m. Burglary: 4700 block of Wissahickon Ave. Signs of forced entry; nothing taken.

11:45 p.m. Theft: 3600 block of Midvale Ave. Scrap metal taken from auto-repair facility.

11:56 p.m. Aggravated Assault: 800 block of W. Walnut Lane. Handgun pointed at complainant. Suspect arrested.

Dec. 16

7:30 a.m. Theft: 4800 block of Ridge Ave. GPS taken from vehicle.

5:15 p.m. Aggravated Assault: 2700 block of Allegheny Ave. Complainant shot in hand.

7 p.m. Theft: 4800 block of Ridge Ave. GPS and $15 cash taken from vehicle.

7 p.m. Theft: 5400 block of Wissahickon Ave. Food items taken from vending machine.

8:23 p.m. Homicide: 3500 block of N. 16th St. Male shot in arms and lower back. Pronounced dead at hospital at 8:47 p.m.

8:30 p.m. Robbery: 500 block of W. Coulter St. Bicycle taken from complainant who was also punched in the face.

Dec. 17

3 p.m. Residential Burglary: 3500 block of N. 21st St. $500 in copper pipes taken.

8 p.m. Residential Burglary: 3500 block of N. Sydenham St. Copper pipes taken from residence.

Dec. 18

1:30 a.m. Residential Burglary: 4400 block of N. Chadwick St. Electronics valued at $1,550 taken from residence.

4 a.m. Aggravated Assault: 3700 block of N. 16th St. During argument, suspect pointed a handgun at complainant, saying, “I will kill you and leave you on Old York Road.”

5:23 a.m. Robbery: 4300 block of N. Broad St. Complainant shot in left leg during attempted robbery.

8 a.m. Residential Burglary: 2800 block of N. Bailey St. Copper piping, heating system and generator were taken.

8 a.m. Residential Burglary: 500 block of Hansberry St. Copper pipes and a television taken from a vacant property.

9:30 a.m. Theft: 3500 block of Scotts Lane. GPS taken from vehicle.

12 p.m. Theft: 2300 block of Venango St. Laptop, clothes, and identification taken from residence.

1 p.m. Residential Burglary: 1700 block of W. Tioga St. Computer and cell phone taken from residence.

3 p.m. Theft: 3300 block of Vaux St. GPS taken from vehicle.

6:20 p.m. Robbery: N. Smedley St. and Tioga St. Complainant shot at during robbery. No injuries and nothing taken.

7 p.m. Theft: 3700 block of Ridge Ave. GPS taken from vehicle.

Dec. 19

12:45 a.m. Theft: 3200 block of N. 15th St. Clothing, soap and back seat taken from vehicle.

2 p.m. Theft: 2800 block of W. Lehigh Ave. iPhone taken from store counter.

5:09 p.m. Aggravated Assault: 2900 block of N. Taney St. Complainant reported that suspect came to house seeking birthday gift. When refused, suspect pointed a handgun at complainant and said, “I should kill you.”

7:20 p.m. Aggravated Assault: 2200 block of W. Venango St. Complainant punched, had hair pulled and was hit with frying pan. Suspect arrested.

Dec. 20

12:12 a.m. Theft: 300 block of W. Seymour St. Handgun taken from residence.

10 a.m. Theft: 5000 block of Morris St. A purse was snatched from complainant’s hands.

7 p.m. Theft: 4800 block of Pulaski Ave. Radio and navigation system taken from vehicle.

Dec. 21

9 a.m. Theft: 3300 block of Henry Ave. Unattended purse taken from desk.

9:30 a.m. Theft: 200 block of W. Coulter St. Unattended purse taken from church choir room.

12:11 p.m. Residential Burglary: 4000 block of Ridge Ave. Various items taken from multiple residences.

2 p.m. Aggravated Assault: 100 block of Manheim St. Complainant threatened with knife during dispute.

7:15 p.m. Robbery: 200 block of Chelten Ave. Complainant, a SEPTA bus driver, was punched and 50 Transpasses were taken.

11 p.m. Rape: 1800 block of W. Tioga St. Complainant raped by known acquaintance. Suspect arrested.

Dec. 23

7 a.m. Theft: 2200 block of W. Allegheny Ave. Laptop stolen from trunk of vehicle.

12 p.m. Residential Burglary: 2800 block of W. Queen Lane. Electronics and purse taken from residence.

6:56 p.m. Aggravated Assault: 1700 block of W. Tioga St. Complainant threatened with handgun. Suspect arrested.

4:07 p.m. Theft: 3200 block of N. Broad St. Three cases of water taken. Suspect arrested.
