Saturday and Sunday: Superhero Weekend
It’s Superhero Weekend at the Please Touch Museum! Dress as your favorite superhero, enjoy special activities, super guests and dance the afternoon away. Open Saturday 9 a.m to 5 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Free with regular admission.
The Franklin Institute modifies some of its exhibits to make them more comfortable for people with sensory differences. Staff will also make quiet spaces available as needed for visitors throughout the day. Open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Discounted rate for pre-registration and guests arriving 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

If you’ve ever wondered how early American settlers survived upon arriving to the New World you don’t want to miss the American Adventure exhibit at the Mercer Museum! Experience the ins and outs of settler life through an assortment of hands on activities. Open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Free with regular museum admission.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday: Philly From the Top
If you ever wished you could get a birdseye view of Philly you’re in luck! The One Liberty Observation Deck offers panoramic views from the 57th floor. Get a view of Philly’s skyline like never before. Open 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Tickets youth $14, adults $19.
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: King Midas
Get to know the real history of the “Midas Touch” at the Penn Museum’s exclusive exhibit The Golden Age of King Midas! Prepare to be dazzled by elaborate jewelry, pottery and other artifacts found in Midas’s tomb. Open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Adults $20, children (over 5) $15.
