Philly election: How did the only person on the ballot get just 8%?

    Tuesday’s special election for the 197th legislative district in Philadelphia is all the more unusual because the only candidate on the ballot garnered less than 8 percent of the vote. 

    NewsWorks Tonight’s Dave Heller spoke with Lucinda Little, the Republican on the ballot, to discuss the election and her claims regarding illegal voting activity at the polls.
