Producer Brian Drouin has been with WHYY … well since before your cell phone got “smart.”
He began working in television as an intern with NFL Films, before beginning with WHYY as a production assistant during the live membership campaigns. After four years of pledge, he moved on to the newsroom of Delaware Tonight, as the assistant director. Once that ended, First began and Brian moved into the director chair.
Brian also produces the weekly arts and culture segment of First called “First Experience.”
On his off time, Brian enjoys playing with his son, reading and painting. He dreams of one day being bitten by a spider and waking to find his superpowers.
