StateImpact Pennsylvania’s Susan Phillips reports there is no master pipeline map, despite plans for thousands of miles of gas pipelines across the country. Shakespeare returns to West Philadelphia’s Clark Park with a production of “The Winter’s Tale.” Peter Crimmins reports the play features a Greek chorus of children.
