We look at implications of the possible sequestration on Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.  We talk with former White House Chief of Staff Erskine Bowles, in town this evening to speak at the Kimmel Center for the Philadelphia Speaker Series.  Tom MacDonald reports on a major Catholic conference–and possibly the next pope–coming to Philadelphia in a few years.  Carolyn Beeler reports Delaware is looking into possible solutions to rising sea levels.  Peter Crimmins has a remembrance of former Philadelphia Orchestra Music Director Wolfgang Sawallisch, who died this weekend.  And Franklin Institute Chief Astronomer Derrick Pitts tells us how scientists would try to avert catastrophe if an asteroid were ever on a collision course with Earth.
