Midge Ure

Midge Ure is a Scottish singer-songwriter, musician and producer whose musical career includes playing in Slik, The Rich Kids, Thin Lizzy, Visage, Ultravox. He wrote several synthpop/new wave hit singles of the 1980’s and was named an Officer of the Order of the British Empire for services to music and charity including co-writing the Band Aid hit, “Do They Know It’s Christmas?” with Bob Geldof.
