Wilmington Diocese bankruptcy proceedings back in court

The Diocese of Wilmington is expected back in court today as a bankruptcy judge continues a hearing on whether to approve the church’s reorganization plan.

The Diocese plan includes a $77 million settlement with about 150 alleged victims of priest abuse.
