Wildwood’s RV Park plans on hold, for now

Though it hasn’t completely abandoned the idea of turning a portion of a Wildwood beach into an RV Park, city officials have put plans on hold.

Philly.com reports that the stretch of sand between Taylor and Hand Avenues that was slated to become an 80-space RV park was held off because of intense protests by the owners of nearby oceanfront condos.

While officials plan to find a new location for the revenue-generating park, condo owners vow to protest the facility no matter where it may be.
