Wells Fargo stagecoach takes a ride down Broad Street

Nothing says, “we’ve arrived,” quite like a stagecoach. The new bank and stadium namesake in town, Wells Fargo, paraded down Broad Street this morning with its stagecoach, giving Ben Franklin a ride.

Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter also joined the ride, as the stagecoach departed from City Hall for the short trip to 123 S. Broad Street. The journey marks the merger of Wells Fargo with Wachovia.
