Vineland burglar paints SpongeBob on victim’s wall

Apparently a Vineland burglar thought SpongeBob Squarepants could use a new home.

Someone broke into an apartment there earlier this month and painted SpongeBob on the wall, relocating the Nickelodeon character from his pineapple under the sea.
“A manager at Vineland Village would not allow a photograph of the Spongebob graffiti to be taken Wednesday afternoon,” the News of Cumberland County reported. While some are curious to see what a burglar’s rendtion of a pants-wearing sponge person looks like, the break-in is no laughing matter for the victim.

Aside from the paint, the burglar left behind $365 in damage to a screen and sliding glass door.
