Video banking pilot program comes to Delaware Valley
Citizens Bank announced today its video banking pilot program at four Philadelphia-area banks. That sure takes the guesswork out of figuring out if your virtual teller is a real person.
The bank promises “on-demand face-to-face interaction with bank specialists,” which sounds like a change of pace from logging on and waiting for what may or may not be a human to answer your question via web chat.
The program, also being used in Illinois, Massachusetts and New York, includes services like mortgage application and wealth management. Participating branches are:
2001 Market St., Philadelphia
363 West Lancaster Ave., Wayne
1150 Welsh Rd., Lansdale (located inside Acme)
48 West Rd., Newtown (located inside Acme)
