Video banking pilot program comes to Delaware Valley

    Citizens Bank announced today its video banking pilot program at four Philadelphia-area banks. That sure takes the guesswork out of figuring out if your virtual teller is a real person.

    The bank promises “on-demand face-to-face interaction with bank specialists,” which sounds like a change of pace from logging on and waiting for what may or may not be a human to answer your question via web chat.

     

    The program, also being used in Illinois, Massachusetts and New York, includes services like mortgage application and wealth management. Participating branches are:
