Vick and U.S. Attorney speak to Martin Luther King High students

A strange thing happened when WHYY’s Lizz Fiedler and Kim Paynter walked into the Martin Luther King High School auditorium Thursday afternoon: There weren’t very many students there. An odd thing, given Eagles quarterback Michael Vick was there to speak to them.

Vick was there with U.S. Attorney General Zane David Memeger to talk about “making productive life choices” following his dogfighting conviction. You can catch the full story a bit later, which includes footage of Vick sans-jersey — something that may have taken the students by surprise, given what Lizz says was a delayed reaction to his apperance on stage.
