UD town hall on STAR campus
University of Delaware administrators will host a town hall meeting to talk about the progress and future of the school’s STAR campus.
The Science, Technology and Advanced Research Campus sits on land that was once home to the Chrysler Assembly Plant in Newark. The town hall will be held this afternoon from 4 to 5 p.m. at the Sharp Laboratory. In addition to an update on construction and design work for the area, school leaders will also look at the national trend of bringing research parks, businesses and academia together.
