Tony Luke Jr. credits diet, workout for ‘lifestyle change’ that helped him drop 100 pounds

Spend any time on Twitter and you know Tony Luke, the self-described, “restauranteur, actor, musician,” has been dropping pounds.

A lot of pounds, actually. It’s been a year since the big name in cheesesteaks had the wake-up call that sparked the diet and exercise regime that’s helped him lose more than 100 lbs. He chronicles the experience in today’s Daily News with Chuck Darrow.
After starting off with a meal-replacement diet, adjusting his portions and introducing exercise, Lucidonio (his real last name) no longer weighs 350 lbs. and has lost as much as a foot around his waist.

But Lucidonio isn’t denying himself the goods, so you can quit worrying — he still eats cheesesteaks.
