Thousands go without power during storm in Montgomery, Bucks Counties

    More than 50 trees were knocked down Friday night after a storm ripped through the Lansdale area, knocking out power to thousands of homes.

    According to Fox 29, sudden high winds tore through the Montgomery County area around 6:30 p.m. Friday night, knocking over the trees.

    Some of the trees even fell into homes.

    According to Fox 29, PECO reported 30,000 customers were without power in Montgomery County, with another 10,000 impacted in Bucks County.
