Teaching and incentivizting self-control

    Self-control can be taught. That’s what some experts say. Today on Radio Times, University of Pennsylvania psychologist Angela Duckworth will talk about “true grit,” and Yale University law professor Ian Ayres explains how his website STICKK.com uses economic incentives to get people stick to their goals.

    They’ll both talk to host Marty Moss-Coane today at 11 a.m. on 91 FM.
